The ground floor follows an open-concept design, where the integration between the kitchen, dining area, and gourmet space is total. The fluidity between indoor and outdoor spaces is facilitated by wide openings that allow for cross-ventilation and constant sunlight entry. The light-toned wooden ceiling provides warmth, while dark stone finishes add a touch of modern sophistication.
